Just Sinks & Taps provides kitchen sinks, taps, accessories, and related products for domestic use. By using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to update prices at any time. Orders are only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.

4. Order Processing

Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. If an item is out of stock or unavailable, we will contact you to offer an alternative or a full refund.

5. Delivery

Standard delivery time is 3–7 working days. Tracking is provided where available. Delivery dates are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or supplier dispatch times.

6. Returns & Refunds

You must inspect all products within 24 hours of delivery. If you wish to return an item, it must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging.

7. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, you must notify us within 24 hours with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund in line with our policy.
