We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. To ensure a smooth experience, please review the information below regarding returns, refunds, and product inspections.


Inspection on Delivery

Please inspect all products within 24 hours of delivery. If you notice any issues, damages, or missing items, you must notify us within this timeframe. All original packaging must be kept safe, intact, and in good condition in case a return is required.


Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

To qualify for a return or refund:

  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in resaleable condition.

  • All original packaging, fittings, and components must be included.

  • Products that have been installed, used, or damaged cannot be returned or refunded.

  • Bespoke, special‑order, or made‑to‑order items may not be eligible.

  • Items returned without original packaging may be refused or subject to a deduction.


How to Start a Return

Once your request is approved, we will provide full return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. All returns must be sent using a tracked and insured service.


Refund Processing

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 working days for processing.

  • Refund amounts may be adjusted if the product or packaging is not returned in perfect condition.


Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund in line with our policy.
